A guide developed and written by Miles Morgan for the Western Australian Department of Education and Training, the Workplace Culture Guide aims to assist new migrants wishing to enter training and employment in Western Australia to understand the nature of Australian workplace culture.
The guide was developed with the assistance of a panel of people with extensive experience in helping migrants to settle in Western Australia, and through extensive consultation with the migrant and refugee community. The guide was launched by the WA Minister for Multicultural Interests and Citizenship. It is currently in its second edition, and is being translated into a variety of different languages, including Arabic and Chinese.
