In 2009, Miles Morgan undertook an evaluation for the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care of the Transition to Work Program.
The program aims to assist school-leavers with a disability to transition to sustainable employment. The evaluation involved a series of consultation workshops with both service providers and clients and families throughout NSW, as well as a literature review, data collection and case-studies. The final report assessed the delivery of the program against its key results areas, and made recommendations for improving the program's implementation in future.
