Miles Morgan reviewed, updated and refined the ReCaP (A Resource for Career Practitioners) resource for the (then) Department of Education, Science and Training.
This involved a literature and resource review of comparable products nationally and internationally, and extensive stakeholder consultation throughout the career development and education and training industries to determine the best product features and amendments required. Miles Morgan then drafted and finalised the content of the new resource in collaboration with stakeholders.
