Working on behalf of the Commonwealth Department of Transport and Regional Services, Miles Morgan produced a research report to identify the Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Adult Community Education (ACE) needs of the Indian Ocean Territories, and to recommend a framework for the provision of VET and ACE that met the needs and aspirations of island residents, and was consistent with mainland standards. A review undertaken by Miles Morgan for Ee-OZ (The ElectroComms and Energy Utilities Skills Council) of the equity considerations of the national Electrotechnology Training Package (UEE07), the Gas Training Package (UEG06) and the Electricity Supply Industry-Transmission Distribution and Rail Sector Training Package (UET06), in order to assess to what extent their development has taken into account the equity requirements of the National Quality Council.
