Miles Morgan developed a database of 165 para or associate professional level occupations for the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.
These occupations are traditionally viewed as requiring workers to hold a diploma or advanced diploma to practice.
Each of the profiles examines the occupational definition according to ANZSCO, qualifications levels and types held by workers, work experience requirements, and the licensing, accreditation and regulation that applies to each occupation. Detailed reports analysing the key issues relating to licensing, accreditation, registration and qualifications requirements for these occupations were also produced.
