Miles Morgan conducted an organisational review to assess the extent to which new structural arrangements implemented within OATSIH (Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health) had a positive impact upon organisational performance.
This involved a comprehensive review of the organisation’s operational documents, interviews with all staff (including management, the production of a final report detailing the effects of the organisational restructure and coaching and support for the Executive team.
