Mariana Joseph is the 2011 winner of the Miles Morgan award for career development.

 Every year, Miles Morgan sponsors an award for excellence in career development in the community through the Career Development Association of Australia.

All applications are reviewed by an independent panel comprising CDAA members, and the winner is selected in accordance with the published criteria. The winner receives a $1,000 award.
