In 2003, Miles Morgan commissioned Mary McMahon, Wendy Patton, and Peter Tatham to prepare an issues paper informing the design of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development. The paper synthesises the theoretical, policy, and practice perspectives that helped to inform the development of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development.
