Staff / Laura Hunter
Laura joined Miles Morgan in June 2010 as a research and editorial assistant working on the annual Job Guide project.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from the University of Leeds in the UK and a Graduate Diploma in Communication Studies from the University of Western Australia.
Laura has a passion for research and writing and has had several articles published in a local lifestyle magazine. She also writes the content for a four-page health newsletter that is distributed monthly to local businesses and government councils.
While studying, Laura completed work experience in both the public relations and government relations sectors. This gave her experience in dealing with clients from a range of professions. She also spent six years working in the hospitality industry where she developed teamwork, leadership and customer service skills.
In her spare time, Laura plays hockey for UWA Hockey Club, and enjoys reading, cooking and hosting dinner parties.
