Miles Morgan undertook research for NCVER (National Centre for Vocational Education Research) exploring the realism and accuracy of VET students’ expectations of the likely employment and further education and training outcomes of their chosen VET course, measured against defined career management competencies.
The methodology and analysis was based upon contemporary career development theory and interview data gathered from face-to-face conversations with current VET students.
