Working on behalf of the (then) Department of Education, Science and Training, Miles Morgan evaluated the Career and Transition (CAT) and Partnership Outreach Education Model (POEM) projects.

This involved the evaluation of individual pilot projects, an assessment of the effectiveness of each type of project (CATs and POEMs), and an analysis of how the two approaches might inform the development of a national transition system for Australia’s students and young people.
