Projects / Blueprint Professional Development
Miles Morgan offers a series of in-house professional development opportunities using the Australian Blueprint for Career Development. The Australian Blueprint for Career Development provides a framework for identifying and teaching the skills and knowledge that people need to effectively manage their life, learning and work roles.
As the developers of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development, Miles Morgan staff can provide unique insight into how the framework can be applied flexibly to suit your needs. The workshops are based on our unique experience of developing, trialling, and refining the Blueprint on behalf of governments Australia-wide.
Over the last decade, the Blueprint has been used in a variety of contexts and with a mix of client groups. It underpins the career services in schools, tertiary education, and employment services in many States and Territories. It has been used in private sector organisations as a means of linking organisational and individual goals.
It can assist you to introduce or enhance the consistency and quality of the career development services and programs you deliver.
