Miles Morgan, the creators of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development, are pleased to offer professional development training in the Blueprint, Australia-wide.
This professional development is based on our 10 years combined experience in the Blueprint's use in a variety of contexts and with a mix of client groups.
The Australian Blueprint for Career Development provides a framework for identifying and teaching the skills and knowledge that individuals need to effectively manage their careers in terms of life, learning, and work. The Blueprint underpins career development work carried out in several states in compulsory and post-compulsory education, employment services, and in the private sector.
The Blueprint framework will assist you to enhance the consistency and quality of the career development services and programs you deliver.
As the developers of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development, Miles Morgan staff can provide unique insight into how the framework can be applied flexibly within particular contexts.
Workshops are available at either half-day or full-day formats. The workshops cover:
- Introduction to the Blueprint
- Using the Blueprint in the education and training sector
- The place of the Blueprint in the Australian Career Industry
- Utilising the Blueprint to plan Career Development strategies for your clients and students
- Using the Blueprint to review a career development program
Prices start at $1500 for a half day workshop, and $2500 for a full-day workshop (ex GST), plus travel and venue costs if required.
